One of my biggest concerns lately has been what am I going to wear to the White Party during Dinah Shore. I’ve never been before but from all I hear, it sounds like this is biggest night to really dress up and show off a bit.
I’ve been window shopping relentlessly to no avail. So I did what any good blogger does, I shopped online. I found and ended up buying two different dresses for the white party. Why two? Well since I bought them online I wasn’t sure how they might fit and secondly, I preferred one while Remi wanted to see me in the other one. So she bought them both for me.
But I want your opinion so here are photos of them. Before you ask, “No, that is NOT me!” But I wish it were.”

What do you think? Should I hooch myself out for Dinah? Or stay true to my personal sense of style and take the slightly classier road?

I have to say that I would go with your choice. It’s pretty cute. The first one – I had a school uniform as see-through as that.

I have to say, I like Remi’s pick. I don’t think it’s hooching it up if you have the curves to pull it off…I think it’s cool, and every chick loves to see her girl dressed up.
Secondly, you cracked me up. I didn’t think those chicks were you…for a few reasons – the most outstanding was because I think that they are of two different races.
Either way, I vote for Remi’s choice. While I do think the second one is classy…the first one looks more party, and the one I’d choose for my chick too.
I say go with the first dress because it’ll be sure to make heads turn.
Be aware that fashion at the white party ranges from a white v-neck shirt & jeans to cocktail dresses like your own.
As long as you’re in all white you’re good to go.
I had a friend wear all red once to stand out … she looked like the only girl that hadn’t gotten the memo about wearing white LOL LOL
Silly me. I think you should wear whichever you will feel most comfortable and confident in. To thine own self be true. Always.
I really think the first dress would look good for a party. its sexy because of the halter but you really are not showing all that much. The other one says “date dress” where you are trying to be sexy but not show off too much. but its a party so you might as well go all out.
wear what you want, it is classy and stylish, and if you feel fantastic in it, you’ll look sexier than you ever could in the other dress. confidence=hot.
im a bit biased since i dont like obvious dresses unless it’s one on one, a date or something…not a formal party.
Something about the web-wing saggy armpits of the second one really bugs me. I think it’s more unique and stylish than the first, but I know if I were wearing it, that feature with wind up irking the shit out of me less than halfway through the night.
Definately the 1st dress. Remi’s taste is Spot-On. Sorry to say, but the 2nd dress reminds me of the 80′s & Flashdance.
So after getting both dresses in the mail, finally, I was SHOCKED at how they looked ON!
The first dress, Remi’s pick which I thought was a little hoochie and no way I could pull off, actually looked pretty good on!
I just got the other one, my choice (or so I thought) today. Ummmm ….. it’s WAAAAAAAY shorter then the one in the picture and EXTREMELY see through!!!! Somehow, the one I thought was a little skanky looks much better on, then the one that was supposed to be “classier.”
So my decision, is Remi’s choice.
