Kenda’s Hello

I always like to have new writers tell you a little bit about themselves. Here is what Kenda has to share. :) I know we are all excited to have her since her mini-trilogy has sent us all into a tizzy!!!

Introducing Kenda!

A little about myself…I am someone who woke up late in realizing I am a lesbian, like someone who sleeps through the alarm clock and misses breakfast.  The upside is that what’s on the lunch menu looks pretty good.

I’m in the midst of reshaping my life; playing with the spectrum of masculine to feminine, both with where I fall and where what I’m attracted to falls and I can’t get enough of reading and learning about how others have arrived at where they’re at.

CCL was a great resource in helping me sort things out when I was first questioning.  I’m hoping that whatever I contribute will not only entertain, but will also be helpful to anyone looking for answers.  Even if what I write is erotica.  Because, hey, if you get turned on reading about women having hot, sweaty sex together, that might mean something.  Hello?

To the last paragraph: Exactly! But many of us know thru experience and/or observation that sometimes people need a 2×4 for coming out to themselves.

Also, as someone attracted to femmes, butches, and women in general I am a appreciator of the diverse and thoroughly enjoyed your stories. You got talent. :D

    I agree talent is talent.
@Elegy Yes a z x 4 to the head several times was what I needed. It took me meeting/realizing I fell for a lesbian to make me realize I was one to. She and I didn’t work out so well, but at least it gave my head the knock it needed to work right :)

Keep up your wonderful writing. Yes I do not hear anyone complaining about lesbian erotica on CCL. ;) The only complaint is there’s not enough ;) hehe. Ok on that note I’ll let you get back to your writing (hint hint). :) Welcome/ congrats to/on the CCL guest writers title Kenda you deserve it!

Kenda…your presence here has always been visible due to your thoughtful comments and just plain common sense. I loved the trilogy and look forward to reading more of your work.

Enjoy the adventure, even if it takes awhile and surprises you to find where you feel best.

Elegy – Thanks, and I agree that women all along the butch-femme spectrum are attractive. What’s not to like?
Grrl – Thank God for the women who show us the light, right?
Jaz – I’ll see what else I can come up with : )
Rexie – Thank you, I’ve thought that you would be a great contributor, but I seem to recall you were shy about putting something up? Well, maybe you can inspire. Maybe I’ll do something about that Water Works idea…
Kirsten – “Enjoy the adventure, even if it takes awhile and surprises you to find where you feel best.” I couldn’t have put it any better.

I was also including women who do not identify within the butch-femme spectrum. What’s not to like, indeed.

I have always loved your comments. They are always very thought-out and understandable. Congrats to you. I also believe (as you do)that Rexie would make a very good addition to this family of writers. Thanks Kenda for bringing up that point. :) And, again congratulations, to you!
