States That Allow Same-Sex Marriage Vs. States That Allow Marriage Between First Cousins

I found this on The New Civil Rights Movement: by David Badash on December 26, 2009 ·

nyt
Via The New York Times (no link) and several others.

Editorial note: As pointed out in the comments, the New York Times’ graphic contains an error: same-sex marriage has NOT been approved (yet) in New Jersey.

If you like this, please take a moment to look around. Maybe read, “I Do Not Deserve Your Tolerance,” listen to people like Julian Bond talking about same-sex marriage and civil rights, or read, “Does The U.S. Constitution Already Make Gay Marriage Legal?

Thank you!

For shame…America is stuck in a serious rut! Why would a state allow incest, but not same sex marriage between two people who love each other, who aren’t related?!
