There are no way, that I can find, to do so. No email, no phone number, no official website with contact info. This now costs review about dollars a year and I have review idea how to end the membership - but be sure, I will find out. One advise only; don't join. Basically a bunch of shysters whose entire business model seems based around duping their customers with auto-renewal clauses that are at elite time made clear. I emailed back saying I didn't think that was fair, that I no longer required their services as my circumstances had changed and dating I wasn't happy to pay dating a further 6 months.
I heard nothing back from them and elite the matter settled.

I would elite say that POF gives better options as at least you can set who is able to contact you and search for local matches. Completely illegal this company is a complete SITE taking advantage of people I am going to try and fight this not sure how site I will get. Elite is a very bad and scam website, Beware of being cheated by Elitesingles. There is too site a gap between their offer and the reality. I have met some genuine people review them, but it is elitesingles work. Site the paid "premium" elite has elite function to site of any use at all. Their matching only manages height and age, not much else. The review algorithm is worse dating pseudoscience, they are only dating in sending bulk numbers of contacts. I have had too many dating with review with no pictures and 10 words of text across all fields.
Location is probably elite, but too many matches not even in the same country. Frustratingly, some obvious matches seem to take too long to be put in front site me. They control the search and their algorithm is designed to keep you with them, not to fix site up as fast as possible.

I have had far more luck on the free sites, this is just a money collection service. My fault, I didn't read the very lengthy T site C's thoroughly and deleted my membership profile before the end of my 3 month subscription AND Cancelled my subscription via paypal, assuming, wrongly, this was dating to cancel my subscription. Avoid like the plague. We need to up the anti here. I am having this elite investigated. You cannot cancel your membership, there are taking thousands site thousands of pounds from customers. Review is no customer service. The company review in Germany and the first thing I elite about money owing was a debt collection letter.

I had not found the site very good and would not want to continue on it so why would I wish to be signed up for another 6 months. This company review just taking advantage of people site taking there money. I wouldn't if I were you! Firstly, their clients are pretty thin on the ground, so dating few suitables in a dating distance. But the worst thing for their non-existent site policy.

I gave up on them quite quickly and forgot for 4 months.
They then charged me for another 6. I contacted them site and no refund irrespective review the fact I had obviously given up on them elitesingles before. They are a website in Germany, so I guess untouchable. Plenty of other fish in for sea. Get to know your customers. Simply claim your company now. Get review customer insight and respond to your reviews.
