Apple basically said to contact MeetMindful directly and in no way took responsibility for taking app money and not providing access for what I paid for. Fortunately, MeetMindful has been awesome to deal with-not Apple! Alyssa at MeetMindful has tried to fix the issue, but unfortunately Apple is the one not dealing with it and apparently MeetMindful is having issues dealing with Apple as well. Not surprising.
They finally responded to my inquiry 5 days after. What kind of customer service is that? Oh wait. Totally disappointed in Apple! I made this mistake of paying app a new subscription through Apple and not directly to Meetmindful.
